I would like an Android LIVE wallpaper that sources it's display from the internet - I.E as the internet source updates, so would the live wallpaper. The internet source would have to be found or created as part of the project also.
The user should be able to configure the update frequency, for example Every hour, Every Day, Every Week or a custom amount of hours based on a user entered value in the settings. The user should not be able to change the internet source directly, however interacting with the wallpaper (Tapping) should change the source to 1 of 5 different feeds.
It must be tested as working on Android 2.0 up to and including Android 2.3.3 (Physical devices rather than just the SDK emulator) - Android 3.0 would be a bonus but not essential.
The completed project should be delivered as royalty free source code and not an APK file or delivered directly to the Android Market, because of this it must be well commented in good english.
