Andriod App – Simple Mobile App Prototype using Xamarin C#

Looking for a C# developer who is familiar with building Andriod apps using Xamarin and C#. The app is just a 2 page (activity) very simple app. There should be 4 tabs on top like the Andriod contacts app Tab 1, tab 3, tab 4 are empty tabs with just “hello world text” The second tab (Contacts) should implement the ListActivity and build a list with alphabetic section index. The alphabet list on the right when tapped should scroll the list to the section with that letter. The data for this ListAdapter can be a hard coded list. When an item is clicked a detail page (activity) should show up. The detail page will be simple activity with the details text like the one shown below: When the back button is clicked, the list page will show up again.
