Hi, It seems quite a few bids and you still hesitate on the solution. I can help you with this project. Configuring Exchange with domain is not only on Exchange server. A real deal will be on domain records (MX, A, CNAME, PTR, SPF) so that your new exchange 2013 is authorized to server email for your domain. Regarding email migration, given the fact you have 1 user, it's best to do it manually by using Outlook Client in the middle. Natively, this type of migration is not supported by Microsoft and administrators have to perform an interim migration to Exchange 2007 or 2010 and then to Exchange 2013. It's not only time consuming, but also requires you to deploy additional hardware for each of the steps of the double hop migration process. Exchange 2003 migrations to Office 2013 aren't simple because Microsoft did not create an upgrade path for it -- a typical Microsoft practice for its products that are three generations old. For instance, it's not possible to install Exchange 2013 so that it coexists with Exchange 2003 in a single Active Directory forest. Instead, migration from Exchange 2003 typically might entail upgrading to Exchange 2010 first.
