So you want to be able to maintain a list in Access of all the questions and be able to categorise them. At its simplest this would require two tables - one for the questions, and one for the topics - and of course you need to add, edit and delete items in both lists. I don't know how expert you are with Access, but if you don't want to touch the tables directly I can create a form interface with two pages. One can be a Maintenance page where you maintain a list of all your topics, the other can by your Questions page where all your questions are shown. The list can have two columns: one for the questions and one for the topic - the topic can be in the form of a drop-down box (referring to your topic list in the Maintenance page) so that you can assign a topic to the questions. At the top of that page you can have another drop-down box of topics so you can filter the list. Lastly, put a button at the top to call a VBA procedure to export the data into Word and create the separate pages of questions for the topics. I am an experienced Access, Word and Excel VBA developer, for your information.
