I'd like to develop a production line for surfboards that require a set of several machines as the following: Large 5 axis CNC machine with a flipping bed and tool changer. Custom resin lamination racks with logo projection device and UV curing lights plus vacuum bagging. Filler coat station for surfboards. Custom Sanding CNC tools. 3D scanning tool for surfboards quality control. Shaping time under 45 minutes - Fin install time under 10 minutes - Glassing time under 45 minutes - Filler coat time under 15 minutes - Sanding time under 20 minutes - For more information to quote please contact me and I'm happy to explain the project in more detail.

Hello Sr. Thank You for your big project in freelancer. I would ask : where are the pneumatic machines, you will use a compressor in your line ? Anything related to welding machines ? Anything related to Water/Oil separator ( Environment )
