Hello, I am expert in image processing. I'll do the project quickly.

I have found bounding boxes for images before. I have dealt with rotated and skewed images in doing this. Typically if you want the bounding box image extracted, I use a bi-linear re-sampling which operates very fast due to the coding. I would like to work with you. Please send or post an example image so I know what I am up against. If you do this while awarding the project, I can get started right away and it may not take all the time I have allotted.
