Hello, sir. I read your description very carefully. I think your problem needs a deep understanding on the fields of image processing including image enhancement, sharpening, region growing and so on. I have been studied image processing technique using C++&MATLAB and taken a part in several projects like moving object detection and character recognition, so accumulated a good experiences on those field. While reading your project description sentence by sentence, I'm sure you're a expert of image processing and the process to solve it will be a good chance to demonstrate and develop my technique . Maybe you have the video script or images for testing and your own MATLAB programs. Providing them will make the developing period short and help expanding the developer's idea, I believe.
