I worked as an appointment setter for three companies: US website and business development companies and an Australian Internet Service Provider. I had to make outbound calls for appointments focusing on specific locations on Australia and entire US. I have a full knowledge on how appointment setting works. I undergone training for appointment setting. I also worked in a call center industry for four and a half years. Working in a BPO company for years provided me abundant skills which are needed in the industry. For the first two years, I worked as a customer service representative who specializes in sales, billing and refund cases. I got promoted as a Senior Specialist for Quality Assurance after 2 years of taking calls. As a Quality Specialist, I had to undergo a number of training programs for my field that involved training in sales, communication and customer service. My work experience honed my expertise in conversing using the English language. I am a certified Berlitz passer; I took the test as part of my previous job requirements. I can work under pressure and I can work efficiently with or without extensive supervision. I have great computer skills; I am greatly adept in using different computer programs like CRM for documentation and data entry.
