BDM for my freelance team

Our Freelancer company requires a BDM to apply for jobs over Freelance sites and maintain relationships with those new clients. Our company is Australian based, and key management is also from Australia, but we have spent a large amount of time putting a brilliant team together. The team includes great Graphic Designers, Website Developers, Mobile App Developers, SEO experts, marketing experts and Executive Virtual Assistants/Admin Support Managers. We give our workers the resources and tools that they need to do a great job as effectively and efficiently as possible. This includes the best project management and task management software. As a BDM you will need to be sales and outcome focused. English doesn't need to be your first language but if not, you should be fluent and able to understand complex issues easily (understanding clients needs is paramount). You must be willing to have regular catchups both with management and with other members of the team. These are typically pretty casual and more about making sure we are all on the same page and building something great. Remuneration will be based partly on hours worked, and also bonuses for successful jobs that we receive. Look forward to discussing further.
