1. Focused only on 2 domains, which are specialized and growing at 20%+ rate
2. Focus on targeting Passive Job Seekers by our own LinkedIn groups, Facebook and twitter pages with weekly emails and job board advertisements
3. Reputation Meter and Skill Meter to avoid key word based skill search
4. Consulting Skill workspace for career management like setting goals, tracking, free test, articles and surveys etc
I am looking at three different research to be done
Project 1 - Competitive Intelligence
· Research 2 job portals to identify their USP and business models (For example How does Head-Honchos make money)
· Suggest Improvement to our portal
· Working with HR professionals to get requirements, their needs via Surveys and interviews (We have the list of HRs of 45 firms). I have one past survey with 10 questions which I did before starting the portal
Project 2 – Company Encyclopedia
· Prepare a one pager for 25 companies in Analytics and 15 in information security field
· Perform Skill and Salary and USP of that company
I have one research with some 4-5 security firms and some 15 analytics company
Project 3 – Prepare a Psychometric test
· A questionnaire of 75 questions wherein some 15 might need to be asked for testing randomly of from a set of domains
