Complete corporate identity for a IT training company

Need to design a logo which is 360 Degree animated/rotated flash or gif logo for channel (140x125 pixels) and the complete corporate identity kit for a IT (software development training and IT infrastructure management and soft skills) training company. We need to animate it 360 degree rotate. Logo must classy and 3D. High quality. Rotate and Pause for 30sec and again Rotate. The design should contain a logical view on an Education Institute which focuses on the students growth and their professional success. 5. Maybe a tree to climb on or a ladder can come as a image logo besides the text, your suggestions or ideas are most welcome. 6. Logo has to contrast well on a white background. 7. We need two versions and include vector, jpeg and original psd or illustrator files. 8. Jpeg and vector sizes should fit in big size banners, post cards, visiting cards, brochure and visiting card(CMYK and RGB format is needed). 9.
