We are a startup company, providing one-stop online property related information for the real estate industry, Hong Kong and China will be our main market, through our website ([login to view URL]) and mobile apps. Our users include house sellers / buyers, real estate agents, real estate developers, house moving companies, home decoration companies, mortgagor, and related professionals such as valuers and lawyers. We provide platform that allows for (i) sellers / buyers, (ii) real estate agents and (iii) service providers to connect each other. Therefore, our users are normally in the age range of 28 – 45 at the moment. They are typically wealthy, well-educated, intelligent and professional people. The website and apps will be promoted to the real estate industry practitioners and general public. We would like the logo / corporate identity to be (i) reflective of the real estate industry (ii) simple, but sharp (iii) contain our name in Chinese characters (搵樓易) or ECproperty (iv) standalone once the brand has established without the name (v) easily incorporated into website and apps Therefore, it is an edge if designers understand Chinese (中文). Notes Modern, bright and clear. Our brand should be a bright color and sharp Avoid: Dull and old fashioned, anything cheap Logo used for different online services, there must be modifyable.
