Hi, What kind of files are we talking about? I have several years experience working with Linux, using Ubuntu as my primary operating system on my Desktop and Laptop. I've also worked with Slackware, Fedora, and CentOS. I help maintain servers and do server administrative tasks, keeping them to up-to-date. The servers run Ubuntu Server and CentOS. I have experience writing shell scripts, including bash shell scripts, scripts in Perl and Python, as well as other languages. Depending on what kind of files we're talking about, I should have no problem writing a script that will uncompress and decrypt all the files. I will write a script that will go through all the files, uncompress each file, and then using the known password for the files, decrypt each file. I can have this done within a week or less. In the Perl first we can use the gunzip for uncompromising the file and after that we can decrypt the file using the known password.
