Hi :) I can help you to solve this issue. Are you using OVH servers ? If it is OVH servers make sure the IP address are routed properly. If it is a routing issue , then it will be out of my support scope. You can check it by simply adding an IP address on SolusVM node manually and check whether you are able to ping from outside. If the test is successful then please accept my bid and send me your server root and SolsVM panel logins. PS : Editing network setting may cause server offline , so make sure to schedule the job on you non peak hours and you need to have KVMIP access to the server.
