Automated ''Live'' Chat

Automated "Live" Chat On Web Site...

We're looking to develop a system to use on our web site which can mimic the appearance of a "Live" sales agent Chatting with any customer on our site.

There are many such programs already available on the net, but we want one which we own the full rights to with no backlink, etc.

See <[url removed, login to view]> to use as an example. however we do not need the intricate back office features which come with this model.

We'll need the following basic function built into it:

-> The Chat window should pop up if the visitor attempts to exit from our web site in any way, before they hit any of our "Order" buttons. The virtual sales agent should automatically answer any questions the user has and get the visitor back to our order form ready to buy.

-> We'll need a photo of a female sales agent on the Chat Window.

However we'd like the product to offer any additional basic features which might make it easier and more functional for both, our web site visitor, and out staff.

The final product will need to uploaded and installed, and made completely functional on our main web site.

The full code - along with exact upload and install instructions need to be supplied as well - so our team can upload the script to any of our other web sites after we test the first install.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

a) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
