cPanel Hosting Environment on Amazon AWS

hi- We need to setup Cpanel/WHM to work on EC2/AWS. It needs to have DNS and Files in Asia, USA, Europe, Australia regions using EC2/AWS. We need 75 domain shared accounts moved from a dedicated server to this EC2/AWS version. We need to setup 30 SSL Certs. (read below guide from Cpanel). We need a to have the default cpanel backup daily/weekly/monthly. We need a external secondary method of backing up each shared account daily. We need WHMCS setup also on a separate instance including Nameservers so that the support system is not connected. We own the WHM/Cpanel licenses. Here is a guide to help.
