Disclaimer, preferebly done by a Lawyer.

Dear Freelancers, I am building a website that will function as a platform for watches enthusiasts. I need to have a disclaimer written down. The website is members only where members will be able to have their own profile and their "window" where they can display the watches that they want to sell or buy. The disclaimer has to include: that the participant agrees to purchasing the object of interest only through our website system. That we do not take responsibility in the eventuality that a watch sold is fake. The shipment or the return of a watch will be executed by the clients themselves and not by us. We are not to be hold accountable in the failing of such shipment as we only offer a meeting spot the members would not otherwise have. All the information that the member decides to put on the website available for other members to see, apart from their bank details which will be held confidential. In each sale that occurs in the website us, as the creators of the website, will benefit from 1 to 5 % of the amount spent in the purchase of a watch as it is thanks to us that this purchase was able to occur. The members can not get in touch in any other way from the website in order to avoid the creation of a parallel sale outside from the platform that we offer. You may take these points as initial main idea in order to create the disclaimer desired, you may also add any other parts which are usually found in disclaimers of websites such as mine. I am also ok in you taking a finished disclaimer utilized for similar websites and modifying it in order to fit my needs. I hope this is enough to give you an idea of what i'm building and with the winner of the bid i am ready to discuss any other ideas that he or she might have to make this disclaimer bullet proof. As mentioned above, this is a legal matter and as such I would want the care of a Lawyer. Thank you
