Hi I have a freelancer I need a NDA/Confidentiality agreement I am in the UK and they are overseas so something to say it will be binding etc...in whichever country I choose to pursue if needed....
Must cover all standard things I may need to know about but also include:
indefinite timescale
Cover any conflict of interest issues that may arise
All communications between us including pre nda, in every shape and form
This is for designing building an app, ideas for it and ay marketing consultation etc....
I would like this done today so it is ready tonight - only experienced people must apply on this occasion who are familiar with this. I have seen free agreements on the internet but wanted to know what can be done on a personal requirement.
When replying please provide bullet points of what you would include thanx....I will not have time for a lot of communication back and forth.
