Community Website

I have created a Community site in MSN Groups and that was good till this people said groups will be closed In february-2009. We have actually almost 500 members, it's not a big site but very usefull for the people who is member of it. In November I asked someone to help creating our own web site, this would take a couple of weeks, but we are now almost 3 months later and the site is not ready yet, seems that he is too busy with other things and I'm afraid he will not be able to have it ready on time. This are the details: There is a web site created, with own domein-name, hosted by a free provider, Joomla 1.5.8 is intalled, Community Builder is installed but the links between both of them are not done. Sinds this is a site for women who has studied at the same school, this is what I need: A module where people can register to become a member, name, last name, graduation year, birhtday, Residence (city, state and country) and nick name are required, approbation from administrator needed A forum: Fireboard is installed and working good. A Chat room: there is also a chat room installed, jPF Chat, and working good. A Photo gallery: RSGallery2 is installed but not working 100% OK, users can not create a gallery or sub-gallery, they are able to upload photos to existing galleries. A component to invite others to join the site, installed and working OK A User Menu: There was one but was not working. Some sections are created following the Joomla strucutre and are working. A Login menu is missing Components that need to be installed: An interactive calendar, where users can introduce events, like brithdays or meetings. An interative list where users can fill in data such as: Complete name, e-mail, graduation year, Residence (city,state,country) and birthday. These list should be provided wiht filters so that the users can decide to look for each of the categories, for example: look for how many users are living in the same country, or how many user are registred from a graduation year. Less important, it would be nice to link a song or some music to the web site, (not a pre) I'm new with all this, and I'm sure I could get this done wiht enough time, but time is something I don't have that's why I'm asking for help, I need this to be done in 2 weeks, so that the people can start tasting it before the oteher group in MSN is closed. The language we are using for the site is Spanish, but if some of the components can not be trasnlated would not be a problem.
