Ads Upload & Archive Organizing Training(Joomla 1.5/ClpBkt)

I am a website owner for a Joomla/Clipbucket website for men. I had been working with a webmaster on some improvements I needed done to my site for more effficiency and a neater appearance. As of recently, my webmaster has become too occupied with other projects, so I must continue and look elsewhere. We were on the verge of finishing this project which is almost done, but I am in need of training over a couple of newly added features and enhancements in order for the site to progress. The archival (Archives) part of the site is one of the troubled areas: at this time it is very junked up and disorganized, when it actually needs to descend in chronological order by month. The other point of attention is the Advertisement Upload section for both the Joomla (regular pages) and the Clipbucket (adult pages) side of my site. Right now, my site carries sets of empty ad boxes with no promotions inside and other sets of ad boxes that I don't feel are being utilized to the fullest: I am in need of instructional training and a contractor who can go to the admin side of my site and understand what was done in these two areas, and then educate me thoroughly on how to operate these areas independently and efficiently on regular basis (via email and phone, etc).
