Add microPDF417 to quaggaJS

There is a javascript barcode generator that supports microPDF417 barcodes in a MIT license here: [login to view URL] There is a barcode reader but does not yet support this format in aMIT license here : [login to view URL] The US drivers licenses uses PDF 417, you can see the content breakdown here: [login to view URL] There are many examples of driver license images with PDF 417 images on the back online. I want a web page that uses quaggaJS (but I would accept another library if you know a better one, I like this because it handles card orientation) that decodes a driver license barcode all client side and displays the data encoded in it in a nice table. All HTML5, Javascript, CSS and no server side.
