comprehensive site design

I have a existing website that I want redesigned in the style of a new logo that has already been designed. The same style of that website has to be transported to a Ning social network that I have already started. On top of that I need OSCommerce installed and a skin made for that so it has also the same style as the website and the ning part of the site. If possible I would also like to have a product catalog on the website part of the overall site. Not to be confused with the shopping cart part. There will be less products available for sale online than the actual store carries.
