Desktop Application involving Web Interactivity

We are very small online trading (retailing) company. We sell our products on various websites. Each has a different Vendor Panel from where we access our orders, print order details and update dispatch details (courier tracking number, date, weight etc). We started making an application in VB 6.0 which would be common interface for all the websites from we could log-in on all / selected vendor panels and process orders from a single interface. The application is working to a somewhat satisfactory level with a couple of websites but some issues need to be addressed for one / two websites. The application actually opens (after automatically logging in) all the desired web pages of the vendor panels (websites') in the background and performs the desired tasks. It scrapes all the order data from different websites or vendor panels, stores it in a database, displays the records/fields in desired format, Prints order labels, Has a section to update shipping details (which get updated online in the respective vendor panels). ## Deliverables We want to get the software working for the 3rd vendor panel (we mean resolution of the technical issue). Also we wish to migrate the application (from VB 6.0) to a more stable / robust platform (may be VB.net). We shall provide a setup copy of what has been developed by us so far, share the code files via RAC so that you are able to understand the development angle and path. Order fetching, address & order details labels are printing fine. The order dispatch details are not getting updated. Reason: The website has a drop-down combo for selection of the courier company used to dispatch. After the courier selection there is some function that refreshes the rest of the fields to be filled. Each time the courier name is changed, the function refreshes these fields according to some internal values. Now, using the application when we select the courier, the fields do not refresh / change. Thus the values we wish to update do not get submitted. I need someone to sort this issue first to show you are capable of doing this project. Actually this is just the beginning... we need to add approx 20 websites to the project. Later we shall add inventory management (small level), product activation/deactivation on all different websites, basic accounting (payable-receivables), Auto selection of the best suited courier based on the list of serviced location by courier companies, their prices and user's courier priority etc etc.....list is long :~|
