Build a Minimal Viable Dashboard App (analytics, leaflet mapping, data visualisation)

The objective of this work is to develop a minimal viable app in a Python based web development framework (Flask, Django) compatible with the AWS cloud infrastructure, with the minimum features possible and re-using off-the-shelf components, available frameworks or templates. Our intention is to keep a long-term relation, and develop the App incrementally as the business growths, starting from the Minimal Viable App. System Architecture / Infrastructure The system architecture we have in mind is described below. All elements are to be implemented in the AWS infrastructure (all the infrastructure interfacing the Postgres database is not described since is outside the scope of the work: 1. App database. This database is to be developed within the frame of this work. It shall store all user input data (signup data, user settings, other data - see data model section below). To be implemented using preferably AWS RDS PostgreSQL database 2. App UI/UX/front-end (HTML5 and CSS3). Using an existing template like the this one for example: Wrapbootstrap's AdminFlare – license already purchased (see [login to view URL] ) or other with similar functionality. 3. AWS EC2 server running synchronization scripts, loading functions and other computing functions. See the attached document for further requirements.
