Auto-Aim developer for simple tank game

I need someone to develop an auto-aim application for a simple free flash game. The game is where you shoot players from a certain angle and try to hit the player and inflict the most damage. There are different areas on the map that the tank where your shooting from will be. I have learned that a protractor works pretty well when playing this game.
