the application is for the the customer to track the cargo status for the company.
Functions we need from the app
- For Customers to track & trace their container status by using a code or reference number given by us.
- Push Notification to notify selected database about ETA, Documents Submission Date, Delivery
- Bi-lingual (Eng & Chi) is necessary
- Must simple, easy and user friendly for our admin to update the status.
- This app is not target to public but our existing customer.
As for other features like company information, price enquiry, live chat to our client servicing and so on, its’ not necessary but we would like to have that option available in the near future but not now.
You may search Agility Logistics from Google Playstore. This app is quite similar what we want and a very good reference for your end.
