Create a parser to extract content out of raw html.

I need a parser that will input html pages and parse out specific content based on html tags parameters entered into jsoup. I need the parsing tag parameters mapped to new parameters. So for example, if there is a product description on a page that is contained within the following tag , I what to be able to configure the output to be contained within a different tag like . There needs to be some kind of input form to map the tags and then output the parsed html into a structure that fits my website.
