Betting odds arbitrage

PLEASE READ ATTACHED DOCUMENT. If you don't know what arbitrage is you will probably not be suitable for this project-else search the term. The project that I am looking to have developed is a tool that scans a list of on-line bookmakers and obtains all of the odds for all of the games from each of the sports betting sites. Using this consolidated data the application will then calculate the best odds for each individual sporting event. This data will then be passed into a rule manager which will calculate a number of simple calculations to determine if arbitrages are available. If it is determined by the rule manager that an arbitrage event has been triggered the event is updated and displayed in the GUI. Along with this result it will provide an easy way to place the bet (link to exact result for placement of bet along with logging you into the site) If you cannot do this project please do not bid, make sure you have read the accompanying document before placing bids. I am open to only including 5 sites plus gui plus calculation for the amount budgeted. Further sites will be required after this work is done.
