Django developer needed for various tasks

I need an experienced Django coder to complete various tasks on both front end and back end of a Django based site. 1. PSD to django template of remaining pages with a Text editor via admin for page management (currently using default good old html) plus CSS fixes and completion of users dashboard (summary or my account page), needs all text links to be active and activating links on footer of home page etc. 2. User registration authentication process. This feature is needed to register all users on the site and involves confirmation of the following email, mobile/phone number, postal address etc. (django generic confirmation) Encourage all users to authenticate via facebook as it confirms identity. We already have facebook connect integrated as a sign up option. (need you to check and ensure it works properly, fix any fault found) [login to view URL] 3. Payment forms (see details below) a. Deposit funds: which will be used in making escrow deposits and direct payment for projects. Initially need paypal need to be able to plug in other at a later date b. Withdraw funds: For freelancers/providers or users to withdraw funds to 1. Bank account (freelancer request process-simple form) and 2. Paypal (with supplied paypal email address) 4. Already have user permission roles set up however need this configured to also work according to membership plan and appropriate permission assigned on sign up via group creation (this should be straight forward to configure). 5. SMS and email of new projects according to user profile of skill. SMS via sms gateway provider API. Finish the bid on project, view project (modify existing template with PSD of new design), select provider. Mark project as complete user and provider. 7. User Feedback submission on completion of task (have django voting/rating app installed, you need to configure or code similar to meet needs). I am happy to answer any further questions you may have to ensure you understand what is required. All code will be hosted on bitbucket and uploaded to provided test server. Up to 50% of escrow deposit at the start, full payment on completion. IMPORTANT NOTICE Need to ensure code is clean and fully tested prior to deployment. Bids < 1000usd will be considered. However further payments can be agreed on a monthly support basis at an agreed fee when site is live.
