Android application

The android application should have the following features: 1. The application should be able to interact with Zxing to be installed on the phone to read QR codes. The QR codes contain a URL. A unique identifier from the device such as the serial no, phone number or sim card serial no needs to be appended to the URL and used to make a web call. Our application will process the call and return the result to the application. 2. The application will disable all other applications from running except Zxing, GPS and our application and the device will be locked to our domain or IP. 3. The application will also send back a heart beat, with information such as its GPS coordinates, power source (i.e charging or on battery) etc on a time interval to be specified. This is the initial scope of the application and we hope to develop this further with our chosen partner.
