Build an integration link to Google Maps API for Business

Using our own database that is capturing GPS details such as Lat/Lon, Speed, GMT, etc... we want to integrate this data directly with Google Maps API for Business tools and maps. We have developed Android based applications that report this data of which we are posting to our SQL Databases. We want to map each device reporting the GPS data and have features for automatic refreshing, geofences, alerts when a unit goes in and out of the geofences, alerts if a unit is within a geofence and hasn't moved in "x" hours, etc... MSSQL database will be required. We will script the data and send as you need it for development purposes. We will want an easy to use GUI built that will allow us to configure per installation set. We will want controls to set a < 25 mile radius, a between mile radius and > xx mile radius, all running at the same time within open screens. Concept will be to have a large flat screen broken into 4 quadrants (or more) each showing a subset of filtered data tracking these units. Example, left upper quadrant can be any devices within a 25 mile radius. Upper right quadrant is any devices outside the 25 mile radius... lower left may be any device within the 25 mile radius that is at a geofence location, with the pushpin related icon turning red if they haven't moved (slower than 10 miles an hour is fine) out of that geofence within 90 minutes etc...
