Automated chess bot desktop app

I am looking to have a automated chess-playing bot created for the windows desktop platform. This bot will find a chess board GUI's on the screen, or be told where it is via coordinates, and then intelligently detect board changes. Those changes are processed into real chess moves and made on another chess board of which will respond back with an engine-made move. The bot will take this engine-made move and duplicate the move back on the first board. Repeat until checkmate. Many more details can be found in the attached PDF. Requirements: 1.)
