Consumer Portal System System has to be developed using: Programming Language - Java (Version - JDK 1.4) IDE - IBM Rational Application Developer 6.0 Technologies - - J2EE 1.4 ( EJB, JMS,Web Services, JSP, Servlets,JSTL) - WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment 6.0 - Oracle 10 g Enterprise Edition - Crystal Reports OS - Red Hat Linux Enterprise Need help! Participant Listing The Participant Listing page will include a listing of Participants. This page will be a simple list of the Participants; each participant name will contain a hyperlink to a listing of a Participant’s sites. This page will also include the ability for Consumers and Members to enter a zip code and mile radius to find Particpants in the area. Log In The Log In page will be a common log in page requiring a member to enter a username and password. The intention is to use a Member’s email address as their username. The password will require a strong password format (e.g. required use of special characters, numbers, and letters). The Log In page will also include a link to the Sign Up page for consumers desiring to be Members. Account Summary The Account Summary page will be a secure page listing a Members Information, balance and expiration information. This page will also include a listing of the Member’s purchase balance (e.g. how much they have to spend to earn their next incentive) for each incentive issuing Participant where they have made a purchase. Account History The Account History page will be a secure page listing a Member’s transactions (any transaction relevant to earning or redeeming card). This page will also include the ability to view Account History by Participant. Sign Up The Sign Up page will be a common sign up page with fields to be populated by Consumers as a prerequisite to become Members. The fields that will require entry are First Name, Last Name, Email (which will be the username to log in to the Consumer Portal), Zip Code, Password, Password Hint Question (to be used to address forgotten passwords), Password Hint Answer. The fields with optional entry are Address, City, State, Phone, Sex and Email Communication Opt-in. Help The Help page will be a common help page with frequently asked questions and contact information for email support (if determined to be part of the launch) and phone support (if determined to be part of the launch). Terms and Conditions The Terms and Conditions page will be a common T&C page outlining the guidelines for Member participation and use of system. This will also include notation regarding ability to change the way the discounts operate. Member Privacy The Member Privacy page will outline what we do with Member information, how we can get Member information from Participants, and how we can provide Participants with Member information.
