Build Client Base for Consulting Service

I am an economics consultant and currently my business is very cyclical. I get swamped with work for a time, and then once all the projects are complete I spend all my time trying to find new ones. I need a person/people to focus on sales while I complete the operational functions, and in that manner increase total income for everyone. Clients primarily consist of businesses, non-profits, and governments, but sometimes include individual people, as well. Common services include: -Analysis -Research -Model/Formula creation or deconstruction -Planning and strategy development -Advising and recommendations -Writing of books, articles, business plans, speeches, press releases, and other content -Public speaking -University instruction and tutoring -University course building -Excel calculators/templates -Ad hoc financial functions -Custom requests are considered Services generally cost between USD1,000 - 20,000. If travel is necessary, expenses will be billed to the client. I am willing to pay a minimum of USD100 for each new sale, and up to USD2,500 per sale. For a person who attracts a particularly large and long-term client, an ongoing commission is possible. The goal of the salesperson is to search for organizations and people in need of my services, talk with them to create a simple profile of who they are and what they need, stimulate their interest in my services, and then send me your report. Once I receive your report, I will contact them to arrange the details and close the sale. Once they sign the agreement, you will be credited with the sale. Clients may be found anywhere in the world. If you prefer to search online then that's fine. If you prefer cold-calling, or canvassing, that's fine, too. All business must be conducted in English, though. If they client does not speak English, they must arrange for their own translator. When you apply for this project, I will be assessing you on your professionalism, networks, and background. This has the potential to turn into a full-time position for a particularly motivated and successful individual.
