Review current account and suggest changes to best practice. Make sure tracking is set up per best practice. These are the tasks for two of multiple sites: Track Actual Revenue. Track Goal completion and Goal revenue for task completion other than checkout: Contact us, Blog, Individual category pages. Check that e commerce revenue tracking is working correctly. Find exit pages and any page where we can look at why the page has a high bounce. Cost tracking for ROI for different channels so profit and loss can be reported. Set up campaign tags. Set up channel and acquisition grouping. Set up content grouping by page type: Product, Category, Content, Form, Landing Review, recommend and implement attribution model. Provide best practice reporting and Multi-Channel funnel and Attribution reports.
