We have an experience of 4 years in the following areas: Sales/Appointment setting/surveys - Hourly rate - USD 8-10 per hour per agent depending on the nature of work. Customer Support - Email/Chat/Voice 24/7 - Emails at $600 per month for 150 emails per day per agent (extra charges per extra email replied). We are currently handling a few eBay Sellers for their email/chat support for the past two years with high level of customer satisfaction. We can provide you with their references if required. Data Entry/Management/Processing - Data entry at $4 per hour per agent. Can provide inbound/toll free numbers as well as voice files for every call made.
