Call center Contactor/Manager

Hi !! We have a small software company setup from the last 5 years and have some expereince of call center as well. Now we have a plan to setup a call center. For this purpose we are looking for a small company or a person/consultant (part time/full time) to help us start with a call center business on a small scale. He will be responsible from startup to run it smootly. He can assist us virtually from any part of the world. He will be in contact one-to-one with our onsite manager. Connect us with other call centers/companies which are interested in outsourcing to us 2. Keep in touch with on site manager to discuss business strategy and human resource management plan and give his opinion based on his experience. 3.
