I am looking for a true person to take over the on page and off page work. This person MUST provide results and previous experience. The person will need to take over the SEO (on page and off page) completely. He or she will do a well structured audit report to identify any broken links, meta tags, H1, H2, body, contents, etc to be corrected, modified, removed, added, etc. This is not a one-time project, this is an ongoing project for the right person.
