Distressed Seller

I run a property business in the United Kingdom. I am looking for people who are distressed to sell their houses and are desperate to sell very quickly. If you can get me valid leads of these distressed sellers, I would be willing to pay $24 for each lead and looking for a total of 10 leads, Totalling to $240 for 10 leads. The leads must be valid and contactable. I would also like the following information on each lead: Personal Details of Seller: Full Name Contact number-Day and Eve Email Property Details: House number Street/Road name Town Postcode Property Type Number of bedrooms How quickly do they need to sell? Is the property currently for sale through an estate agent? What is the condition of the property?(choice of Excellent,Good, Average, Poor What is the value of the property? How much do they have left to pay on the mortgage? What is the total amount of debt they need to clear from the sale of this property? Are they interested in selling the property and renting it back(to release all the equity and stay in their home)? Please feel free to provide further information you feel may be relevant for the cash buyer? I would like all the above information on each lead.
