I have plenty of Customer Service Experience as an inbound/outbound CSR. I also worked in accounting to call people and make sure bills were paid. I worked at a few customer service positions, but mostly inbound calling. I received over 300 calls per day while at the same time while talking, I was creating new customer accounts, taking orders, tracking packages, and calling other business locations to assist customers with their orders. I type 75 w.p.m. and am very accurate.
Was always able to ask questions very easily and quickly, and I have a high capability to take information in, remember it all, and understand quickly. I am apologetic, compassionate, and give the customer my all. Without the customer, there is no business, and they come first. I treat everyone with the utmost respect and always do my best to solve problems. I take notes and call back as necessary. I have no fear in talking with new customers or anyone for that matter. I am very eloquent, and always received very high scores as a CSR.
I have skype, and my e-mail account is linked to my cell phone, so every time a new email comes in my cell phone beeps. I have responded to emails even before I'm out of bed very early in the morning.
My internet service is always on because I am not the only one here working from home. Both my father and husband work from home with me doing different things. Our internet is never off. Very high speed, and reliable.
I am a natural born leader and love working in a team because I am able to encourage people to be better workers, and can delegate with ease if necessary.
