Architectural Plans for Shopping Mall/Theme Park

We are looking to hire a credible and/or experienced person for a temporary gig in the architectural arena.
Our company is planning to build a Shopping Center/Theme Park in Jerusalem, Israel.
The surface area of the Center is about 400 feet by 400 feet, square. There are four top level stories
and two sub floors.
We will provide a basic rough draft floor plan (blueprint) of our Indoor Theme Park, with our stores, rides,
and exhibits that the Contractor can work from.
From this posted venture, we expect a finalized detailed rough draft version of the Center.
Note: These are not intended on being the Master Plans, yet they should be creative, detailed plans in
proper dimension and proportion.
Contractor must have an Associate's Degree or above in Architectural Design.
It is preferred that the contractor have previous experience in Shopping Mall or Theme Park design.
