Book Typesetting in Adobe Indesign

I need the following book in word document completely layered over to Adobe indesign:
THE BOOK IS WRITTEN IN SOMALI (COMPLETELY LATIN SCRIPT).
IT HAS SOME ARABIC LINES: NEEDS SIMPLE COPY AND PASTE.
01: It is a complete book of 309 pages and therefore needs to be transferred to indesign as it is.
02: It has colour images as well as black and white images. They need to follow similar example.
03: Each Chapter that starts need to have its first Letter Enlarged following standard method of typesetting.
04: There are what looks like chart and tables, you need to follow exactly same theme!
05: The font to be used will be: CENTURY SCHOOLBOOK.
06: Sizes are:
Demy: Width 146mm 140mm 23mm (left and right)
Height 222mm 216mm 23mm (top and bottom)
07: I NEED TWO ADDITIONAL SECTION LEFT EMPTY AT THE BACK FOR INDEX OF NAMES AND GLOSSARY OF TERMS.
08: ONCE FINISHED I WANT THE INDESIGN FILE SUBMITTED.
