Digital painting / illustration for Print (Anime)

It's my friends birthday next week. I need a single painting / illustration that includes my friend with her favorite anime characters, design should be in high resolution to be printed on a large canvas. Shes addicted to gaming and watching anime, she spends most of her time playing her PS VITA. The artwork must show her playing or holding her VITA, and I was thinking that one of the characters would be annoying her while shes playing. She also always has a headset on. Attached is a picture of her and the type of headset she usually uses. Her favorite anime is One Piece. Including Luffy, the strawhats, shanks, or traffalgar law would make a decent painting. Artwork must be original in anime style (colored), final artwork must be a high resolution PSD file to be printed on a large poster OR vector done in illustrator. Make sure to send in your portfolio or examples of your work. Bids without a portfolio will be ignored.
