Here is a link to a video in Portuguese, srt subtitles in English and word file in which has title, description and transcript in English.

Freelancer should translate the word file and srt to Hebrew and put Hebrew subtitles on the video.
Work should be submitted in all 3 manners:
a. Be encoded into the video. The quality of the video should be the same as the original. The video should be in a format that allows it to be uploaded to YouTube and facebook. Subtitles should be in white, with a black shadow, and should be read easily.
b. Submitted as a SRT file
c. The translation of the word file should be submitted as a word document
Work should be submitted within 24 hours of awarding the project.
