Hi We have a PDF see attached we need to create an HTML mailer based on PDF with 2 changes in text you need to do You send us HTML Code and we will put images on our server and send us PSD also I guess you can take PDF and convert to PSD online and then cut it to HTML or any other method as longs as it looks good with the changes we mentioned here: Please revise 90 to 60-Day, and change the date to July 31st, 2015. See attached in Zip We need it ASAP Budget $40-$60
