I've been using Python lately to make bots that collect data by consuming 3rd party REST APIs and interacting with web pages to automate repetitive tasks (liking, following, posting, forms). The data I collect is stored in a PostgreSQL database, so I have experience interacting with a relational database from within my Python code using an ORM (SQLAlchemy).
