Create an html email template from a page of our website.

I am looking for someone to reproduce the html of the following page into an email template that we can use for our email marketing. [login to view URL] We want an email template like the attached file (jpeg), to look like the website that we can add the pictures / graphics into the boxes, and put all the relevant links into where required, must be exact, with same font, formatting and colours. The logo and home text at the top would take you straight to the home page of the site, the rest of the links in the top navigation bar will go to relevant pages on the site. The boxes will have pictures in them that will go to links on the site. All the text at the bottom will have links to the relevant pages in the site. We wont need the items that are circled in red.
