A template for a website

Hello everyone, I would need a template for a website created with the following requirements. The website has to be responsive and mobile friendly one-page site involving 3 full-screen pages/divs. In the bottom/top of the screens there's a link to the next/previous screen and clicking the link scrolls the page smoothly to the according view similarly to this site: http://www.beaverlab.com. The pages include in addition to the links: First page: Just a logo located in the center of the page Second page: 2 columns in the middle of the page Third page: 1 column of text I am a developer myself but won't have time for this project so please don't apply if you don't know how you can do this. Please apply with a description of how you would pursue this goal. You can use any free frameworks or grids you wish. Please ask questions if something's unclear.
