I need to create an image with rollover effect very similar to this:

I don't need the whole grid system, just one box with the overlay effect on hover.
The only difference will be once clicked, I need it to launch a vimeo video in a lightbox, rather than going to a separate page.
I would like this to be created remotely, and then provided with the necessary HTML, CSS & JQuery to be able to paste into my site, which I can then adjust as I need
