add functionality to share on facebook and twitter from a web app

i have made a web application, in .NET with boostrap.

When on the browser i share a post on facebook or twitter, it´s working.

But when i create the web app (using webview) doesn´t works.

So, the need is to modify the android app, and the html to make it works
